The studio

These terms cover booking and attending sessions through this site, run by Aldrin. By placing a booking you agree to them. Questions: studio@aaldrin.dev.

Sessions

Listings describe the session, length, and price. Times you see are real availability at that moment; a slot can still be taken before you confirm. Sessions are teaching and making time, not employment, and results depend on what you bring and what we can cover in the booked window.

Workshops

A workshop seat is held until the minimum number of students book, or until the cancellation window before start. If the minimum is not met in time, the workshop is cancelled and seats are released. If enough students book, the workshop is confirmed and a calendar invite is sent.

Cancel and reschedule

You can cancel or reschedule from the manage link in your email, while the studio’s cancellation window is still open (shown in settings; default is 24 hours before start). After that window, changes are at Aldrin’s discretion. Aldrin may cancel or move a session if needed (illness, technical failure, or a workshop that cannot run) and will notify you at the email you booked with.

Payment

This site records the session and price. Payment is arranged with Aldrin as communicated for that booking — it is not charged automatically on this page. Unpaid sessions may be cancelled. No-shows may be marked and treated as used time.

Conduct and materials

Come ready to work. Don’t share meeting links, recording the session, or studio files unless Aldrin agrees. Your own project files stay yours. Teaching materials, examples, and this site’s design stay Aldrin’s. Do not use the session to work on anything unlawful.

Google Calendar

If Google Calendar is connected in studio settings, confirmed sessions may appear on Aldrin’s calendar and you may receive a Google or .ics invite. That connection is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability of the site

The site is provided as-is. Booking tools, email, and calendar sync can fail. If a confirmation does not arrive, email studio@aaldrin.dev with your name and the time you chose.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Aldrin is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss beyond the amount paid for the affected session. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page is the current version. Bookings already confirmed stay under the terms in effect when you booked, except where a change is required by law.
